The HubSpot integration lets your agent work directly with your HubSpot CRM during a conversation — looking up contacts, creating or updating records, and searching CRM data without leaving the conversation.
Connecting HubSpot
From Integrations, select the HubSpot card to open the setup panel.

Enter a Name for this connection, then choose a Credential type.

|---|---|
| PAT Token | Connect using a HubSpot Private App access token |
| OAuth | Connect by signing in to your HubSpot account directly |

If PAT Token is selected, paste your HubSpot access token directly into the panel.

If OAuth is selected, no additional fields are required in this panel. Selecting Connect redirects you to HubSpot to sign in and authorize access.

Once authorized, you are returned to Flam and the integration appears in your integrations list.
Tools
The Tools tab lists the specific HubSpot actions available to enable for your agent, such as creating or updating contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, and searching CRM records. Enable only the actions relevant to your use case.
