Overview
Integrations are pre-built connectors that let your agent interact with external platforms your business already uses. Rather than configuring raw API requests, each integration ships with ready-made tools — for example, creating a contact in HubSpot or looking up a ticket in Zendesk — that your agent can call during a conversation.
Available integrations
| Integration | Category | What your agent can do |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | CRM | Work with contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and CRM search |
| Salesforce | CRM | Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases, and SOQL queries |
| Freshdesk | Helpdesk | Work with tickets, conversations, contacts, and companies |
| Zendesk | Support | Work with tickets, comments, users, organizations, and the Help Center |
| Google Calendar | Scheduling | Work with calendars, events, recurring instances, and free/busy lookups |
| Calendly | Scheduling | Let customers book meetings directly with you |
| Cal.com | Scheduling | Manage bookings, event types, and availability |
Setting up an integration
Select Integrations from the Configure section, then choose an integration card to open its setup panel. Each integration's setup panel has three tabs.

Configure
Enter a Name for this integration instance, then choose a Credential type. Two credential types are commonly available:
| Credential type | Description |
|---|---|
| PAT Token | Connect using a Personal Access Token generated from the provider's account settings |
| OAuth | Connect by signing in to the provider directly through an OAuth consent flow |

Available credential types vary by integration; see the individual integration page for specifics.

About
Provides background information on the integration and the provider.
Connecting
Once configuration is complete, select Connect.
- If PAT Token was selected, the integration connects immediately using the provided token.
- If OAuth was selected, you are redirected to the provider to sign in and authorize access. Once authorized, you are returned to Flam and the integration is connected.
A connected integration then appears in your integrations list and its enabled tools become available to your agents.
